ANNOUNCEMENT: We anticipate a 30-minute delay (7:30 p.m.) in the start time for the BZA hearing on July 18, 2018. The reason for the delay is the Arlington County Board was unable to get through the full agenda of their recess meeting on July 17, 2018 and have scheduled a carryover session for 5:00 p.m. this evening in the same room as the BZA hearing.
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) considers applications for Variances and Use Permits to modify placement or other requirements of the Arlington County Zoning Ordinance (ACZO), and Appeals of Administrative decisions or determinations made by the Zoning Administrator. Applications for each case may be examined in the Office of the Zoning Administrator at 2100 Clarendon Blvd, Ste 1000, Arlington, VA, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. All members of the public are welcome to attend. If you are not an applicant for a Variance, Use Permit, or Appeal and you wish to speak for or against a particular case, please fill out a speaker slip located at the tables in the front of the Boardroom (Room 307).
